PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researches and prepares
written responses to correspondence inquiries following the established
procedures and guidelines
- Maintains awareness
of current developments in the flood insurance industry
- Conducts peer-reviews
for outgoing responses
- Mentors team members
- Identifies process
improvements
- Other duties assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree
in English, Communication, or Business
- Strong computer
and internet research skills
- Excellent interpersonal
skills
- Proficient knowledge
of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and
written communication skills
